The original Lodge House was built in the early 1900s. The servant’s quarters were subdivided from the Lodge in the 1950’s to create a 2-bedroom dwelling.

This new 1st Floor side extension and porch is a sympathetic design to the original building with matching brickwork, timber casement windows and a slate pitched roof creating a 3 bedroom dwelling. The rear single storey extension is a contemporary addition complimenting the original building.
