The homeowners of this property approached us to undertake a complete redesign of the ground floor layout incorporating a rear extension, to replace a dilapidated conservatory, along with a garage conversion. We relocated the kitchen from the front of the dwelling to the new extension creating an open plan area for cooking, eating, entertaining and relaxing. The new space is flooded with natural light through bi-fold doors, slot windows and flat roof lights.’
